Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we will prorate any difference in billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and SEPA direct debit for EU customers.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No, all plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden fees. Your documents remain accessible even after cancellation.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features and we prorate the billing. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep your current plan until it expires.
