These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SmartZmluva's website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
SmartZmluva is operated by SmartZmluva s.r.o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic, with its registered office at Mlynské nivy 5, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID (IČO): 12345678.
"User" refers to any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Service. "Account" refers to the registered user profile created to access the Service. "Document" refers to any legal document generated through the Service. "Template" refers to the pre-designed document structures available on the platform. "Subscription" refers to the paid plan chosen by the User to access premium features.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities under your Account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account. By creating an Account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
SmartZmluva provides an AI-powered platform for generating legal documents tailored to Slovak law. The Service includes document generation through guided questionnaires, a template library, document storage, and export capabilities.
While we strive to ensure all generated documents comply with current Slovak legislation, the Service does not constitute legal advice. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney for complex legal matters, high-value transactions, or when specific legal interpretation is required.
SmartZmluva offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges for your selected subscription plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.
All content, design, code, and technology comprising the Service are the property of SmartZmluva s.r.o. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Documents generated through the Service belong to the User who created them. SmartZmluva retains no ownership rights over User-generated documents. However, we retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Slovak law, SmartZmluva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SmartZmluva in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your Account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or to SmartZmluva. You may delete your Account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, with jurisdiction in Bratislava.
